"intelligent investor" ?? and tim director declares buy of 100,000 tim at $.097 ie $9,700.00 (announcement to asx)

for the same $9,700 , tim director could have bought at that time 32,000 timpb at $0.30 ie. $9,600.00

    or 700 timg at $14.00 ie. $9,800.00

or timhb ( not analysed as yet)

i believe it has been publically announced to the asx of "intention to pay" timpb pref shareholders est. $200.00 fully franked in mar 2009 & est.$200.00 fully franked in sept 2009 (if hold 32,000 timpb)

i believe it has been publically announced to the asx of "intention to pay" timg convertible note holders est. $3,500 unfranked in june 2009 & est. $3,500 unfranked in dec 2009. (if hold 700 timg)

it is believed that timhb holders can expect a similar intention to pay distributions each three months(at est at 10% per year on face value or est. 20% per year on current market price for timhb)

have not seen tim directors statement of "any intention" to pay further dividends to tim shareholders.

i have not yet seen any announcement to the asx of the "intention to pay" to timg or timpb holders being changed.

in sept 2009 , timpb convert to max of 128,000 tim (if tim share price at sept 2009 is < $0.50 if hold 32,000 timpb)

in est 3 yrs time timg convert to max of 280,000 tim (if tim share price in est. 3 yrs time is < $0.25, if hold 700 timg)

having a confusion as to competence or mathematical literacy of any person buying tim at 9.7cents when could buy timg or timpb at the same time at prices referred to above.

is there any other reason why a tim director would pay $0.097 for tim at that time.
