The production restart, the possible US listing and further exploration issues are public knowledge. It is arguable that they have already been partly factored into current price, particularly by share holders like me who have no intention of selling at current prices. Note the recent new issue of shares dilutes our share value. However, it is obvious that PEN is grossly undervalued so it is disappointing that an institution dumps such a large number of shares in 1 day. Maybe the ASX should ask questions.
