We don't need an update - we just need to bank Monash's money.
What purpose will an update serve other than give the manipulators the opportunity to trash the share price even more.
We already know what is happening behind the scenes - they are negotiating terms and conditions - what more do you need to know?
The Chairman stated that the funds would be cleared by next week. When he made that call he probably wasn't aware of the complexities involved in finalising this deal at the time.
At least Monash hasn't pulled out....so no news is good news imo.
