what the hell- prices up nearly 80% since 09

have a look at this suburb....it did drop 20
% in 2005, then rose, then back to a 15% drop in 2009. now its up 63% since 2003....but after the dip that makes it up 80% since 2009
it must be a fib, a lie.....for sure.....
cause our gurus on here said it would drop across the board by 50% or higher...
hey relax, its just one suburb.....or is it...

now there are more, at least 5 suburbs up over 30%

surely they must be the most stupid people on the planet....fancy buying a house, then believing it has risen so high...they must be smokin something fancy
