There is no way they are going to pay that dividend. Every company on the ASX is cutting their dividend.

Retailers like HVN, CPR and JBH have all posted increasing sales figures in the past. They have done this during a period where unit costs have been going down due to the revaluing of the AUD, and easy credit. They have had to sell a huge amount of units to achieve those results.

Things have snapped back, big time. Their purchase costs have gone up 30%; unit sales will plummet; and easy consumer credit dried up. Add to the fact that consumer sentiment is down the drain.

Bad call.
