    Hi IM, if the deal fails you get your shares back.

    If a superior bid comes, BCI will have to return your shares.

    Either way, (since Stokes and majority voted yes) there is no harm done in accepting.

    I own both BCI and IOH in roughly equal amounts so I am having a Bob each way so to speak.
