Sadly it's exactly the same as every other announcement about share being issued that we've had in CTP (from my recollection) - the shares are offered at 10% discount on the last 10 days, (and are pushed down before that to help lower the price), then when the announcement is released the SP immediately drops to at or around the offer price. Then the SP might recover a little, until the day the shares go live, where it's immediately pushed back down to near the issue price as people try to get an immediate return (however small) on their new investment.
