Yes i saw that and was surprised the issue price was so high as it is normal to provide a large discount for such placements and capital raising is not all bad, more money to pretend to drill with or fund a pay rise for our large crew of directors. The share issue was a factor but I don't think that it was the only one in the massive fall in the SP today. More bad news to come I suspect.
