I don't think it would matter what management TRS had. The weak currency, poor demographic target, tough price competition and weak economy are things they can't control. Their margins are getting hurt badly and I see no reason for that to turn around

When you import 99% of what you sell with an $A at 1.06 everythings fine. at 85c much tougher.

I would be cutting losses and moving on personally - nothing worse than having both mental capital and monetary capital locked up in a stock that goes down relentlessly
