I'd suggest more work has been done 'behind the scenes' than we think. The company have proven themselves very dilligent in relation to preparation for mining and this step will be no different.

Think of our port facilities in Townsville, roadworks in conjunction with the local shire, accomodation and construction offices Cloncurry.

I don't think it compares with EXS. They had some issues to deal with in their EIS response, and by their own admission thought the project to costly/risky to go ahead and actaully mine.
Easy to sit on your hands in this scenario.

The company haters that post here can preach about the jorc all they like.
