from my undrestanding rrs own 51% of any resulting outcome but have a 100% control over who gets what.... therefore 51% of the remaining 25% =approx 12.5%
but i would say there is only a small percentage chance of that 12.5% flowing back to anyone other than the very friendly government ministers who demand a small percentage of that percentage for their shopping in paris.
