Personally I think that a partner for gvhd is necessary and should be made as soon as possible . Yes we can do USA . What about the rest of the world, We have a product that is market ready yet the master plan is to get approval in the US and then expand into other economic zones. I would say a unnecessary delay.

It is now becoming more likely that we will need some form of capital before we become sustainable with just the US Japan market .

We also have competition to consider. It would be far less likely for a competitor to even try to gain access to a market that we have entered. Who would elect to enter a trial of a unproven product when they have the option of our cells?

People are dieing, we should be getting this product to as many people as possible and as soon as possible.

So we have a morel, competitive and financial reasons to partner.
