    It could be that you are missing the point - not them. I believe SMSL fully understands that length of proceedings is the issue - SMSL is wanting (IMO) to make things as financially difficult for LYC as it can. The longer things drag out the costlier it is for LYC and the better as far as SMSL is concerned. SMSL is keen to keep things tied up in the courts and if they can get an appeal lodged within 48 hours they can bog the process down again - bless their little hearts. It appears there is a local minority opposed to the plant but a far greater number of locals keen to see things proceed and the benefits flow for them personally, for the local area and for Malaysia.
