The main reason the SP hasn't rocketed as expected IMO is that the project is in Kahzakstan and investors are weary of this. I am sure that once more and more news comes in and things start progressing then the SP will move into double digits. It's funny how JPR shot to over .20c a few years back when block 31 was originally acquired but is now only .07c when drilling has confirmed oil.
I am sure the SP will rise sharply in time, a good chance to buy now, but if the project was in Australia then the SP would be at least triple current levels by now IMO.
