Kim knows he would receive unlimited support from China and limited support from Russia if the US attacked NK first.
China does not want and will not tolerate a Democratic Korea on its doorstep!
Kim has the support from 2 out of 3 most powerful countries on the planet.
The problem is the north regime always believe south korea is theirs and hate Japan for the annexation of Korea.
