The feeling I get is that MEL are holding out spending anymore money on PEL16 until we do the sell down of it. Whats the point of spending 100% of our money when we may only need to spend 50%.
I'm sure who ever we sell down to will have people with experience also that can advise.
But if it all falls through then I guess it will be a big CR, then a big drilling program and power station. I guess by that stage they would be sorry they didn't buy in now and have to pay a massive premium.
