Yes there'll likely be deaths counted in the COVID column that aren't entirely related to COVID.
There will also be millions of deaths missed around the World that are COVID related.
IMO use the excess deaths measure where available.
My point re the TGA reports is that the DAEN's basically include all deaths in proximity to receiving a vaccination. When 80-90% of the population over 80 years of age receives a vaccination, obviously some of them will die afterwards.
The important measure is that there are no excess deaths being reported in the vaccinated population. No more vaccinated people are dying than would otherwise die anyway.
