I'll have a guess:
For years the BoD's were getting bonuses (lots of 'free' shares) for keeping the SP over 60c a share (I think it was 60c anyway - someone here will remember - is Wes still here??) - that deal wouldn't have finished, would it.....by chance? Hmmm, I wonder.
That, and the share buying bus that wouldn't stop, getting the SP over $20......actually stopped.
Wow.
