Quit it with the conspiracy theories. It is simple. The share price has been driven down by people who want to sell. Maybe for tax reasons, as KK has posited. Or maybe they just think it's overvalued. Or maybe there are other reasons. No-one here knows.
Re BOD, I agree it would be nice to see BOD buying, though very often a company's exec can't buy because they are privy to material non-public info so perhaps that's an explanation. Again, we just don't know.
And, my change in sentiment on HC may not have helped (frankly I'd be amazed if it did) - but my buying probably has. The sp would likely be lower again without it.
