I understand the black out periods, but they are not lasting for months and months. There are periods when BOD's are allowed to buy. Look at A11, there is constant news flow and these guys were still able to buy at some point, there are always gaps between these BOP's.
And regarding conspiracy if a see BS trading, I call it as I see it. Full stop.
