Today the ASIC notified me that they will review the obligations of management to shareholders, re their past activities into proper disclosure and the misleading information recorded on the Computershare voting site for so long.
Incidentally, it is alleged, the information disseminated on that voting site, is controlled by Metgasco Ltd. Hmmm. Another legal argument.
ASIC know I am prepared to sign a witnessed affidavit, to testify that I did advise MD Henderson of this erroneous information several weeks ago.
