I understand wanting to punish LJ, but the 0.1c shares eventually need to be cleared one way or another. If you see value at this level then buy. Don't be misguided into thinking you are somehow hurting LJ because they can't currently sell. We are just hurting ourselves becuase this can't move until we clear the LJ backlog.
