"After the next legal challenge is done,"(QLD), it has high chances that CCV would be sued by the class action who live in VIC, WA, TAS, NT, SA, ACT...UK...NZ.....
Is it possible that ACCC would make a tough rule which limits to much lower interests? (did once already)
I am afraid, any banks in Australia or overseas, worry whether the loans can be returned.
