did you see the sh!tfight about mortgage funds withholding redemptions and investment banks going nuts as there is now capital flight to secured deposit accounts. This is the sort of thing I've been waiting for. It still has to come down to a more personal level I think - a CASH crunch for the man on the street - before we see an equities bottom because if you think about it the same thing thats happened to the mortgage funds is happening to the stock market - a slow withdrawal of funds to more secure locations - but the stockmarket cannot withold redemptions. I think we have to see desperation on the streets, at least in other countries before this is over. Real lines and chaos outside banks from people needing cash to survive. Remeber all those guys here calling the bottom last week based on their flash charts and years of pattern recognition. If they fail, what does that mean?
