The smart money was taking profit and leaving .
The writing was on the wall prior to the PVS debacle and yet again when the chart was going further down the whole time from Timeone promising to deliver right up to the day prior to rach of the 3 reneges the smart was selling there was no insider buying that should have been happening a week before a $70m injection was supposed to happen.
The news is in the price and the chart tells a story that should align with with management spin. Once again nothing stock specific to plv here.
