exxon mobil co owns the likely export site.

it is interesting that exxon mobil is also in JV with Ignite next door to MNM's tenements in the LV:

'ExxonMobil signs farm-in agreement with Ignite Energy Resources

    6 June 2012

11:00am, Sale, Victoria, AUSTRALIA: Esso Ventures Pty Ltd (ExxonMobil) an affiliate of ExxonMobil Australia Pty Ltd has signed an agreement to take an initial 10% beneficial interest in EL4416, currently held 100% by Ignite Energy Resources Limited (IER). EL4416 is an onshore exploration licence in the Gippsland Basin of south-east Victoria.
Over the next 12-18 months ExxonMobil and IER will work together to evaluate and assess the natural gas potential in the deeper coal seams of the licence and determine whether it can be commercially produced. IER will be the operator for the preliminary assessment phase.

ExxonMobil Australia and IER have a strong history of establishing open, mutually beneficial relationships with landowners and will continue to do so with this project. ExxonMobil and IER are committed to working cooperatively and openly with the community at every stage to ensure there is a clear understanding of what is being proposed.'

it is worth noting that Ignite Energy is also in partnership with exergen and the csiro on the DICE project.

if Ignite/exxon hit gas in that tenement next to MNM then I like the chances of crib point becoming an export terminal for that as well.

No wonder the Vic Govt is very enthusiastic about the future for the LV's brown coal resource.
