IMO,it is nonsense that SGH may not seek new business during one year,if UK law changes.
There are lots of business for lawyers.
How about following businesses?
1)Fee post paid debts collection by mail,email,mobile,phone and internet phone.
2)Divorce
3)Work place injuries
4)Real estate tittle and loan settlement
5)Commercial lease and business trading settlement
They assume SGH may not seek the solutions for one year,so IMO all bullshit.
