Me thinks the 'mighty' US empire is heading into decay. As with all other powerful empires it takes time before they actually collapse but the majority of times the empires have collapsed from within. The Clinton ruling years were the most dreadful, a fundamentally-baseless, stockmarket bubble to feed Clintons' ego, which is busting now and will do so for years to come. Scandals in the white house, White water, Lewinsky, Lying to congress, mysterious deaths of Clinton's associates etc. The US attacked countries which Clinton used to cover his dirty doings in the white house, this has made a lot of people in a lot of countries pissed at the US and it will take generations to repair that damage. Overall I don't see how the US is going to survive this century, it can only attack so few countries left in the world before it breaks down internally and collapses.
