the market I believe wants to see further solid black ink on the bottom line which will be H/Y results in Feb. Until that time it will be jagged around one way or the other, positive and negative news articles, big contract wins, etc.
Dividends may not be as far away as some think, they've got their 3% debt finance, may be time to give shareholders a little joy.
