    Has the QLD government overreached with this latest series of Environmental Evaluation Notices?, and the way they were preempted in Parliament by the Ministers' comments?


    If this is not evidence of persecution and bad faith I don't know what is.
    Particularly compared with CXY making every effort to comply, AND no, that is NO sign of any environmental damage.

    Surely there is a mechanism for remedy in the case of a party being unjustly
    hounded even by a Government.
