I'm no expert, but from what i understand it was just changing the structure of the company from a stapled security structure to a single holding company. There was no 2-1 consolidation as far as i am aware and my holding is now back in commsec exactly as it was before. I also received a letter from AIO saying "This advice confirms the completion of corporatisation resulting in a holding of XXXXXX shares in Asciano limited on 15th November 2010 to the above named."
