Thanks for the replies. I was able to get someone in ACR to answer my question. I won't post the name since I didn't get permission. The reply was as far as he/she is aware, ACR can remain as PDF as long as they follow the rules in running as a PDF. ACR will not do anything that will change this status and if required, will let shareholders know.
