I'm wondering what's happening with the dividend. They've got the cash sitting in the bank, so presumably they're still waiting on some kind of ruling from the ATO. I wonder if this will be the first time a Pooled Development Fund has paid a dividend? (The legislation seems clear; the dividend should be tax-free, at least for people paying tax in Australia.)
