I have always liked this company and been in and out for profits before, no losses, no divvie in the past. However my accountant has not told me what the tax treatment is on this company. Will shoot off an email to them today.

Secondly I notice the ann on the acrux website:

I doubt whether they could still advertise this fact without being eligible. But thats only my opinion.

I understand no more registrations are being accepted also, but in this day and age, I wouldnt be surprised that the benefit was withdrawn based upon a companies status. Hence maybe why the company is looking into the matter and retaining earnings until a clearer picture evolves.
