17.75% as yet unconverted convertible notes

70.91% Ordinary Shares (visible on FSEs website)
7.09% Unlisted Options
..........if all the notes got converted tomorrow your holding in the company would decrease to 70.91/(70.91 + 17.75)= 80% of its prior size (or decrease by 20% whichever you prefer)
