Understand your feelings

Your success with Investing in stocks will be hugely affected by your control of emotion. That control can come partly from reading forums, but that will leave you wide open to reacting to "noise".

Emotional investors - buy high, sell low, they cant help it, but they do feed the cool hands.

Some very interesting times ahead, pay close attention to the fundamentals - if nothing changes here then average down if things get nasty or sit it out.

If it drives you crazy, be honest with yourself and consider a different investment vehicle.
