    Jack, I agree with your last two sentences. How is it IPO makes an announcement about a transaction and NKP does not? Does anyone see something amiss here? Is there any accountability of management? It is obvious they have no regard for their responsibilities to shareholders or regulators. Great asset if it ever gets defined. Horrible management.
