Vitriolic? I thought I was letting them (JPM) off lightly!

It is generally understood that the use of the words “Without Prejudice” on all correspondence precludes that correspondence from being used in any court proceedings.

I understand that is NOT the case. If JPM or any other crook wanted to have a go at me they could do so - with or without prejudice.

All the King’s Horses and all the King’s men would not be able to put Humpty together again after JPM had had their fun him. If they can continuously get away with their criminal manipulation of the precious metals markets, colluding with others, as they have managed to do unabated for the last 20+ years, do you think “Without Prejudice” is going to hold them back?

It would not surprise me if the FED were bankrolling JPM to do their dirty work, under the auspices of the US Govt. in a vain attempt to supress the silver & gold market. It would go a long way toward explaining why the CFTC investigation still continues without result for over three years! After all, the last thing the US dollar needs is a rapidly rising (ballistic) price for silver & gold at a time when the global reserve currency is at its weakest and getting sicker by the day!

If I am out of line I dare say someone will moderate me – now wouldn’t that be fun! Perhaps some moderating stooge on the JPM payroll!
