Just from my own personal experience and that of some friends. At least they are still solvent unlike Sonray (whom I also traded with at one point). Market Makers have a lot of information to play with, and arent restricted from also trading themselves.
Personally I'd say both AYN and IVR are too small fry for someone like JP Morgan to manipulate.
