Search the last posts you will find some saying that holding GXY for Canadians is too much paper work now that the company is a foreign one. It seems some are willing to sell at a lose to avoid it. So we must wait that this selling is finished.
Also -if I am not mistaken- GXY offered L1 holders to sell their GXY shares for them but... at any price. I don't know if they already sold all or if they are still selling.
