Agree Fitza - a writen contract/MOU should be more binding than that which is said or implied which is also a legaly binding contract.
BRU COULD have issues with Backreef & MAY also want to have a crack at same for trying to get paid for something they MAY not have the right to.
Interesting times ahead.
