yeah but that doesn't really account for the nearly 25% drop. the cabcharge cap will have about zero impact, as the Vic experience shows (as you say), and the pirate companies have had very little effect elsewhere they have rolled out. Suggests emotion is driving it down, rather than facts. Also suggests CAB are a BUY IMO
