    what a joke - blaming the contractor for dilution of the ore - daily management of the mining sits with Phoenix, they authorise, approve, manage, signoff on everything that happens in their pit every day ....maybe they over cooked the grade of the ore body and it was not there to begin with?

    in my humble opinion..
