How do shareholder know this a good deal for shareholders??? It probably is a good deal for the Towners.
But this is the only asset TEG has and they think they can move forward without sharholdrr approval.
I have never seen such blatant disrespect for shareholders in my life. I think everyone should write to the ASX and tell them we want shareholder approval. This is the only way . I really dont understnad the 5million deal. Why would any board that had half a brain put a public company in this position without approval. The Pass field is valuable and i a, sure there are other deals to be done. Who knows maybe there are but not enough in towners pocket. Time to act!!!
