Yes it is all clear now from the quarterly
the company never had the funds to continue with the bond payment and expenses related to the PSC.
Management also tried to raise funds only a few months ago at .001 cents which failed miserably, and was a clear sign of desperation of money needed to keep the PSC . Management has therefore taken the only action possible which is to sell the only asset they have albeit with several conditions attached
Now its back to square one with consolidation of shares in the near future and repeat with another blue sky project, because as management clearly knows, there is a sucker born every minute.
