This is the major asset of the company so needs share holder approval. They just cannot do that. If there are other offers, we should know about it. Why do they do this and let go such an important PSC? Is there something hidden under the carpet in this deal and that’s why they have taken this offer without asking shareholders? Who knows?
Yes… definitely, we need ASX to look at that and we all need to vote no on this deal… and ask the board to find a better offer…
