Doctors may be concerned but nothing will tarnish their career or finances more than hitting the exit button on their patients. The two specialist that left may have gone into early retirement. It is not like these are low-paid workers. If these rumours are true then they may have due cause to raise concerns.
Perhaps the doctors should send this letter to the controlling interest shareholders for consultation with the board. They are the ones who hire and fire.

I'm more interested in the annual report and the soon after release from escrow shares. It could be a massive buying or selling point for the stock.
