As well as the departure of the two embryologists, other complaints include the failure to cover nurses when they go on holiday, and Monash IVF asking nurses to ring patients - who are often regarded as the doctors' patients, rather than Monash's - to find out when they are planning the next IVF cycle.

Thanks for posting. Looks like a "culture" war. The share price could suffer again today if the story is in the fish wrapper edition.
I understand the doctor's perspective and this could be a major drain on management time if it gets out of control.
The question is who benefit's from the story becoming public? No obvious candidates so I'd attribute to sour grapes. If the feelings above are widespread and the culture isn't fixed quickly it will impact service delivery.
Not really what's needed at this time. CEO will need to craft a better response and quickly.
