I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that the action we have seen yesterday and today has been an orchestrated move to build a substantial position at 0.002 cents in expectation of the coming EM results. This plays into the need for a CR as you suggested as the trend in capital raising in the last 4 to 5 years has been to release results, lift the share price and perform as CR.
