Any predator would look at AVM. Realise that future earnings will almost cover capital project requirements. Therefore buy a controlling interest. Use the existing $100m capital to offset the purchase costs and fund whatever other projects the predator has in the pipeline.
Or... I could be missing something?
You're right - we're a bit exposed. The only other thing the predator would have to do is keep Bill on - very large amount of 'Goodwill' there.
